Jayrene Davis, 74, of Celina, passed away Sunday, October 29, 2017, at her home in Celina. She was born December 27, 1942, in Celina, the daughter of the late Willie Mitchell and Maudie Savage Walker. She was a garment factory worker before her retirement.

Jayrene is survived by one daughter, Lisa Ann Davis; two brothers, Kenneth Mitchell Walker and Billy Walker; one sister, Aileen Pennington; one grandson, Ethan Shrock, other relatives and friends.

Memorial funeral services for Jayrene will be conducted at a later date, and will be announced by the Hall Funeral Home of Celina.

At the request of the family, expressions of sympathy may take the form of contributions for a monument, or the Ray Williams Cemetery in memory of Jayrene.
