James E. Cason, 78, of Celina, passed away Saturday evening, April 02, 2016, at his home in Celina. He was born April 20, 1937 in Theta, TN, the son of the late Reuben & Bertha (Majors) Cason. He was married to Mary Jones, and was employed as a mechanic before his retirement. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by three brothers: Charles, Dennis, and Marvin Cason.

Mr. Cason is survived by his wife: Mary Cason of Nashville, TN; one son: Bobby Cason of Madison, TN, two daughters: Barbara Livingston of Nashville, TN and Terri Cason of Old Hickory, TN: two brothers; Randall Cason of Columbia, TN and Eddie Cason of Smyrna, TN, five grandchildren: Bobby Cason, Jr., Deana Simpkins, Scotty Simpkins, Dillon Chapman, and Ashley Chapman, four great-grandchildren, special friend: Faye Henry of Celina, TN and many other relatives and friends also survive.
