Ms. Iva Dean Eads, age 90, of the Pine Hill Community of Clay County, TN passed away at the Livingston Regional Hospital on Monday Morning, September 26th, 2016.

Iva Dean Brown was born in Clay County, TN on Saturday, February 13, 1926 to the late Clyde Luke & Cora Bea (Craighead) Brown. She was married the late Vancil Eads on June 22, 1946, whom preceded her in death on September 19, 1996. Iva Dean was also preceded in death by her set of twins who died at birth in 1947, brothers: Willie Jim "Tom", Willis LaRue "Biggin", Robert Eugene "Doc", Elbert Aaron "A", & Clyde Thurman "Fiddler" Brown, and sisters: Emojean Brown (who passed away at 19 days old on March 28, 1928), Martha B. "Pat" Turner and Mary Louise "Lou" Melton. Iva Dean was educated in the Clay County School System at the Pine Hill Church of Christ & School where she also attended services and was a life-long member. Iva Dean and her husband, Vancil, worked together and raised their family on their farm in Pine Hill.

Iva Dean is survived by son: Randall (Marcella) Eads of Moss, TN, daughter: Vonda (Johnny) Gulley of Moss, TN, 6 Grandchildren, 12 Great-Grandchildren, 3 Step-Grandchildren, and 4 Step-Great-Grandchildren, she is also survived by a host of nieces, nephews, and other family members.

Funeral Services for Ms. Iva Dean Eads will be held at 2 PM on Thursday, September 29th, 2016 from the Chapel of the Hall Funeral Home of Celina with Bro. Dale Strong officiating. The interment will follow in the Moss Cemetery in Moss, TN. The visiting hours with Ms. Eads family will begin on Wednesday, September 28th beginning at 10 AM until 9 PM and again at 9 AM on Thursday, until the service time at 2 PM.

The family of Ms. Eads has requested that memorial contributions be made toward the funeral expenses or to the Alzheimer's Foundation.

Ms. Eads' family served as her pallbearers.
