Mr. Hugh Albert "Wink" Tinsley, age 72, of New Palestine, IN (formerly of Clay County) passed away Sunday, October 25th, 2015 at Greenbriar Village in Indianapolis, Indiana.

Mr. Hugh Albert Tinsley was born in Clay County, Tennessee on August 06th, 1943 to the late Hugh Washington and Fannie Grey (Poindexter) Tinsley. Wink was preceded in death by step-sons: Alan and Dennis Pennington. He was married to Ruby Nell Ellis on December 26th, 1970. He was employed as a department manager of shipping and receiving in Indiana.

He is survived by his wife; Ruby Nell Tinsley of New Palestine, IN, Son; Jason and Jennifer Tinsley of Indianapolis, IN, Brothers: John T. "Jay Bird" and Jack (Tracey) Tinsley of Celina, TN, Sisters: Betty L. (Fred) McLerran of Hopkinsville, KY, Bonnie P. Davis of Celina, TN, Jeanette (George) Spears of Hermitage Springs, TN, and 2 grand daughters: Jadyn and Jordyn Tinsley.

Funeral Services will be held Wednesday, October 28th, 2015 from the Chapel of Hall Funeral Home of Celina with interment to follow in the Tinsley Cemetery. Brother Don Bryant will officiate the service. The visitation will be Wednesday, October 28th from 10:00 AM until service time at 2:00 PM.

Jason Tinsley, Jack Tinsley, John T. "Jay Bird" Tinsley, Coy Tinsley, Jeff Spears, and Jonathon Spears served as pallbearers.
