DECEASED: Mr. Harlon D. Sherrell age 76 of the Pea Ridge Community in Clay Co. passed away on Thursday evening, June 25, 2015 at the Cumberland River Hospital in Celina, TN.

PERSONAL INFORMATION: Mr. Harlon D. Sherrell was born in Clay Co., Celina, TN on July 5, 1938 to the late Cordell and Lucy Scott Sherrell. Harlon was a farmer.

SURVIVORS: wife: Marcella Sherrell. 1 Son: Jeff Sherrell and his wife Libby. 2 Daughters: Elaine Sherrell and Tammy Medley and her husband Marlin. 3 Grandchildren: Rachel Medley, Hannah Raines, Ashley Mormon and her husband David. 3 Brothers: Edward Sherrell and his wife Wilma, Elbert Sherrell, Donald Sherrell and his wife Maryetta. A host of nieces, nephews, family and friends also survive.

PRECEDED IN DEATH: In addition to his parents: 1 Brother: Eddy Ray Sherrell. 1 sister in-law: Annie Sherrell.

PALLBEARERS: Luke Collins, Craig Ogletree, Randy Copeland, Andrew Walker, Eli Shumaker, Gary Plumlee.

SERVICES/BURIAL: Funeral Services for Mr. Harlon D. Sherrell will be held on Sunday, June 28, 2015 at 2 PM from the Chapel of the Hall Funeral Home of Celina with burial to follow in the Williams Cemetery. Family will receive friends at the funeral home on Friday, June 26, 2015 7PM to 9PM , then on Saturday, June 27, 2015, 9 AM to 9 PM. Officiating will be Bro. Kenny Westmoreland and Bro. Ken Miller. Family has requested that in lieu of flowers please make donations to the Beech Bethany Building Fund.
