DECEASED: Mrs. Nancy G. Carter age 64 of Celina, Clay Co., TN passed away from this life on Friday night, June 2, 2023 at the Livingston Regional Hospital.

PERSONAL INFORMATION:  Mrs. Nancy G. Carter was born in Celina, TN on Friday, March 6, 1959 to Joe Pennington and Retha Hall Pennington. Nancy loved her family and friends, and she will be greatly missed by all who knew her.

SURVIVORS:  2 Daughters: Donna Johnson and Tara Layne and husband Shaun; Son: Eric Pigg and his wife Summer; 8 Grandkids: Brittany Turner and husband Dave, Zachary Key and wife Lexi, Bessie Johnson, Hunter Pigg and his Victoria, Kendra Easterly and husband Wallace, Mattie Johnson, Skylor Pigg, and Cason Pigg; 4 Great Grandkids: Bryson Pigg, Tally Johnson, Ava Key, and Knox Wilson; 3 Sisters: Phyllis Maynord and husband Danny, Jonell Malone and husband Gary, and Tanya Pennington; 1 Brother: Bob Jr. Pennington and wife Yvonne; a host of other family and friends also survive.

PRECEDED: Parents: Joe Pennington and Retha Hall Pennington; 1 Brother: Darrel Pennington.

SERVICES/BURIAL:  Graveside services for Mrs. Nancy G. Carter will be held on Tuesday, June 6, 2023 at Noon at the Doc Hall Cemetery in Celina, Clay Co., TN. The family will welcome friends to the Hall Funeral Home of Celina on Tuesday from 10 AM until 11 AM.  There will be a procession from the funeral home to cemetery for the services.
