PERSONAL INFORMATION: Mr. Donald Wayne Carter was born in Henderson County, Kentucky on May 25, 1941 to the late Margarett Carter Dossett. MR. Donald Wayne Carter was a Veteran and retired from the US Army. He served in the Vietnam era.
SURVIVORS: His wife: Nina Woodard Carter of Celina, TN and several brothers and sisters.

SERVICES/BURIAL: Funeral services will be held for Mr. Donald Wayne Carter on Thursday evening, July 23, 2015 at 6 PM from the Celina United Methodist Church in Celina, TN. Family will receive friends at the church on Thursday evening, July 23, 2015 starting at 4 PM. Burial will be in the Roselawn Memorial Gardens at 2 PM on Friday, July 24, 2015 in Henderson, Kentucky.
