Sally Elizabeth Davis, 79, of Hilham, passed away Monday, July 31, at Celina Health and Rehabilitation Center in Celina. She was born March 21, 1938, in Clay County, the daughter of the late John Wilson and Sarah Ann Jackson Kyle. She was married to Franklin Davis, and he preceded her in death in 2009. She was a member of the Church of Christ, and worked as a certified nurses' assistant before her retirement. In addition to her parents and husband, Sally was preceded in death by her son, Gary Wayne Davis, and her granddaughter, Pamela Jean Davis.

Sally is survived by three daughters, Debra and husband Rick Smith, of Cookeville, Mary Lou White, of Celina, and Betty Ramsey, of the Timothy Community; three sons, Jesse aned wife Lorie Davis, and Jimmy Davis, all of the Timothy Community, and Michael and wife Shirley Davis, of Celina; four grandchildren, Kristi Davis, Samantha and husband Ricky Bean, Marie Harding, and Randy Lee White, Jr.; seven great-grandchildren, one great-great grsndson; other relatives and friends.

Visitation is at the Hall Funeral Home in Celina, where friends may call from 5:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. Thursday, August 3, and from 8:00 a.m. until time for services Friday, August 4. Funeral services for Sally will be conducted at 10:00 a.m. Friday, August 4, at the Hall Funeral Home in Celina, with Bro. Kenny Westmoreland officiating. Interment will follow in Fellowship Cemetery. At the request of the family, expressions of sympathy may take the form of controbutions to assist with funeral expenses.
