Services:

Graveside Services will be held February 28, 2014 at 12 Noon at the Cloud-Pennington Cemetery.

Visitation:

There will be no visitation at the funeral home.

Obituary:

Mr. David Wayne Pennington, also known as "Cob," 57, of Celina passed away at his residence on February 27, 2014.

Mr. Pennington was born August 8, 1956 to his late parents Charlie and Opal (Hall) Pennington in Clay Co., TN

He is survived by,

Brothers: Estus Pennington, Fowler Pennington, Jerry Pennington, Eddie Pennington, and Randy Pennington
