Obituary:

Mr. Dave Reecer, 87, of Celina passed away at the Golden Living Community – Brandywood in Gallatin, TN on Thursday, February 19, 2015.

Mr. Reecer was born on December 7, 1927 to his late parents Hardy and Clora (Gentry) Reecer in Clay Co., Tennessee

He was a carpenter, owned and managed River Trail Campground in Celina, TN. He worked for ABC at the five hundred mile race in Indianapolis, Indiana. He also started a Gun and Knife show in Tipton, Indiana and he did the antique shows at the 4-H grounds in Tipton. Also, He started a Gun and Knife calendar. In addition to all of Mr. Reecer's accomplishments, he was a veteran of the U.S. Army.

He is survived by a son in-law, Gene Piel of Sharpsville, IN
