Ms. Betty Sue Strong, age 84, of Moss, TN passed away at the Celina Health and Rehabilitation in Celina on Saturday, November 5th, 2016.

Betty Sue Smith was born on Saturday, June 25, 1932 in Livingston, TN to the late Frank and Elmo (Smith) Smith. She was preceded in death by her husband: Oliver Strong, daughter: Cynthia Strong, son-in-law: Michael Hayes, brothers: Junior, Ray, and Bill Smith, sisters: Sheila Wilmoth, Madge Norrod, Nell Ferrell, and Ruth Ferrell. Betty was a cafeteria worker for the Clay County Board of Education for many years and a member of the Celina First Baptist Church.

Betty is survived by her daughters: Sue Ellen Barlow of Celina, TN and LeeAnn Strong-Hayes of Moss, TN, brother: David Smith of Nashville, TN, sisters: Edith Roberts of Hardy's Chapel Community and Ruby Sells of Chattanooga, TN, as well as several nieces, nephews, and other family members.

Memorial Services for Ms. Betty Sue Strong will conducted from the Hall Funeral Home of Celina at 10 AM on Friday, November 11th, 2016. The calling hours with the Strong family will begin on Thursday from 4 PM until 9 PM and on Friday from 8 AM until the service time at 10 AM.
