Betty Rose Rich was born October 7, 1942 in Barthell, KY and she passed away at her residence in Celina on Saturday, October 14, 2023 at the age of 81.

She was the daughter of Rusell and Dorotha Ross West.  Mrs. Rich was a homemaker and office manager along with being a member of the Garfield Heights Church of Christ in Indianapolis, IN.

She was preceded in death by her Parents, Husband, George Ray Rich died Feb 23, 2019, son James Ray Rich died 11-25-2020, sisters, Fayrene West and Gaynell Whitaker, brothers, Alvis West, Lee Roy West and Alford West.

Survivors include two daughters Carolyn Jean Wicks and Tammy (Robert) Qualls both of Celina; grandchildren, Thomas Qualls, Sarah McNeff, Nicholas Qualls, Abigail Starling, Michael Rich, Russell Rich, William Rich and Jamie Rich; nine great grandchildren also survive along with other relatives and many friends.

Visitation will be held on Friday, October 20, 2023, 4-8 pm and 9 am to 11 am on Saturday.  Funeral Services will be held on Saturday, October 21, 2023 at 11 am in the chapel of Hall Funeral Home in Celina with Grandson Thomas Qualls officiating and Nephew Allen West delivering the eulogy.  Burial will follow in Doc Hall Cemetery.
