Services:
Funeral Services will be held on Wednesday, October 24, 2012 at 2:00 PM from the chapel of the Hall Funeral Home in Celina, TN. Burial will be in the John L. Clark Cemetery in Gainesboro, TN.
Visitation:
The family will receive friends on Tuesday from 10:00 AM until 10:00 PM and on Wednesday from 8:00 AM until the service time at 2:00 PM
The family has requested in lieu of flowers to make Memorial Donations to the Union Hill Cemetery.
Obituary:
Mrs. Bertha Frances Stafford, 72, of the Union Hill Community of Clay Co. passed away at the Cumberland River Hospital on Monday, October 22, 2012.
Mrs. Stafford was born on March 07, 1940 to her late parents Charlie Jeff and Fannie Bertha (Crawford) Smith in the Whitleyville Community.
She was a Factory worker and a member of the Milestown Church of Christ .

Daughter and Son in-law: Sharon and Dale Franklin
Sisters: Virginia McLerran and Wilma Crowder
2 Grandchildren: Matt and Whitney Franklin
1 Great Grand Child: Kinzley Thompson
4 Nieces and 1 Nephew
