Mr. Joey Allen Raines age 49 of Celina, Clay Co., TN passed from this life on Tuesday, May 31, 2022 at the Tri-Star Skyline Medical Center in Nashville, Davidson Co., TN.

PERSONAL INFORMATION:

Mr. Joey Allen Raines was born in Livingston, Overton Co., TN on Wednesday, September 13, 1972 to the late James Homer and Dolly Louise (Daniels) Raines. Joey loved horses, loved playing cornhole, cards, and riding 4 wheelers, dirt bikes, wagon rides; traveling to Pigeon Forge to shop and ride go carts. He loved spending time with his family and friends. Joey will be greatly missed by all who knew him.

2 Daughters: Britney Raines and her fiancé Don of Columbia, TN, Kim Griffin and her husband David of Sparta, TN; 1 Son: AJ Raines of Celina, TN; 2 Grandchildren: Nathan Crider, Kaylee Savannah Raines both of Sparta, TN; 1 Brother: Billy "BR" Raines of Celina, TN; 5 Sisters: Dorinda Odell of Sparta, TN, Glenda Faye Donahue of Celina, TN, Elaine Allen of Sparta, TN, Sherry Bennett of Sparta, TN, "Barb" Bobbie Jo Burton of Edinburg, IN; The Mother of His Daughters: Denise McCormick; A host of nieces, nephews, cousins, friends also survive.

PRECEDED IN DEATH:

In addition to his parents; 1 Sister: Loretta Worthington; 1 Brother: Jimmy Raines; His best friend: Matthew Murdock.

SERVICES/BURIAL:

Funeral services for Mr. Joey Allen Raines will be held on Friday, June 03, 2022 at 11 AM from the Chapel of the Hall Funeral Home of Celina with burial to follow in the Williams Cemetery. Family will welcome friends at the funeral home on Thursday, 2 ^nd starting at 1 PM until 9 PM. Officiating with the service will be Bro. Joe Neal.
