PERSONAL INFORMATION: Mr. Phillip A. Ratcliff was born in Campbellsville, KY to the late Alfred Ratcliff and Emma Frances (Martin) White. Phillip was a truck driver.

SURVIVORS: 2 Daughters: Lola Marie Scott Ratcliff of Celina, TN, Mary Frankie Ratcliff of Celina, TN; 1 Sister: Susan Miller of Celina, TN; 3 Brothers: Keith Ratcliff of Campbellsville, KY, Dewey Ratcliff of New Albany, IN, George Alfred Ratcliff, Jr. of Greensburg, KY.

PRECEDED IN DEATH: In addition to his parents; 1 Brother: Donnie Ratcliff.

SERVICES/BURIAL: The Family has chosen cremation. A Memorial Service will be scheduled at a later date.
