Mr. Cecil Howard Hall age 73 of Hilham, TN. passed away at the Cookeville Regional Medical Center on Saturday, January 16, 2010.

Mr. Cecil Howard Hall was born in Jackson County, TN on May 25, 1936 to the late James Marshall and Cora Virgie Masters Hall. He served in the U.S. Army and retired from McCord?s Wynn after 28 yrs. He loved to fish and garden. He came to know his Lord and Savior on September 27, 2009 and was baptized in October of 2009. He was a great Pa that loved his Grandchildren.

Survivors: Wife: Janice Hall of Hilham, TN; Sons: Mike Fuzz-and Nancy Lee of Rickman, TN, Jeff and Karen Hall of Cookeville, TN, and Randall Hall of Rickman, TN; 3 Brothers: Lewis and Maggie Hall of Algood, TN, Curtis and Jen Hall of Livingston, TN, and Donnie and Joann Hall of Hilham, TN; 2 Sisters: Annette and Jimmy Smith of Algood, TN and Elizabeth York of Livingston, TN; 1 Sister-in-law: Donna Hall of Rickman. TN; 9 Grandchildren: Kristy Wilson, Susan Lee, Matthew Hall, Chris Hall, Kaci Hall, T.J. Hall, Jeffery Hall Jr., Kayla Hall, and Alec McKinney; and 9 Great Grandchildren also survive.

Preceded in death by: In addition to his parents; 2 Brothers: Marshall Wayne Hall and Elzo Hall; and 1 Granddaughter: Ashley Faye Hall.

Pallbearers: T.J. Hall, Darren York, Chris Hall, Terry Skantland, Timmy Skantland, Donny Hall, and Andy Hall. HONORARY PALLBEARERS: Matthew Hall, Jeffery Hall Jr., Jordin Wilson, and Hunter Wilson.
