DECEASED: Mr. Bobby Thomas "Hammer" Amonette age 83 of Rickman, Overton Co., TN passed from this life on Wednesday afternoon, April 24, 2024 from the Livingston Regional Hospital.

PERSONAL INFORMATION: Mr. Bobby Thomas "Hammer" Amonette was born in Byrdstown, Pickett Co., TN on Thursday, March 6, 1941 to Elra and Edna Mae (Sells) Amonette. Bobby served in the United States Army and he was a business man. He was so loved by his family and friends and he loved spending time with his grandchildren and great grandchildren. He will be missed greatly by all who knew him.

SURVIVORS: 1 Daughter and Son in-law: Angel and Keith Payne of Rickman, TN; 2 Grandsons: Jessy Payne (Mercer) of Rickman, TN, Wesley Payne of Rickman, TN; Great Grandchildren: Cash Payne, Campbell Payne; Granddaughters: Olivia Beaty (David) of Cookeville, TN, and Lauren Bilbrey of Cookeville, TN; Great Grandchildren: Benton Beaty and Lola Beaty.

PRECEDED IN DEATH: In addition to his parents; 3 Brothers: Bill Amonette, Jack Amonette, Gene Amonette.

PALLBEARERS: Keith Payne, Jessy Payne, Wesley Payne, Shane Williams, Grant Livingston, Christopher Hayes; HONORARY PALLBEAR: Cash Payne.

SERVICES/BURIAL: Funeral services for Mr. Bobby Thomas "Hammer" Amonette will be held on Saturday, April 27, 2024 at 2 PM from the Hall Funeral Home with burial to follow in the Smyrna Cemetery in Byrdstown, Pickett Co., TN; family will welcome friends at the funeral home on Saturday starting at 12 noon with Bro. Eric Dillon officiating with the services.                                         P
