Mr. Bobbby Gray Howell was born on May 14, 1940 in Allred, TN to the late Plez Howell and Rubye Smith Howell. He was a School bus driver for the Overton County school system for many years. He is survived by his wife, Mary Frances Boswell Howell of Alpine; His mother, Rubye Smith Howell of Allred, a daughter and son-in-law, Tonia and Jason Duke of Livingston; Grandchildren, Emery, Carter and Cora Duke and a brother, Van Howell of Oneida, TN.
