Mrs. Bobbie Jewel Looper age 77, passed away at the Cookeville Regional Hospital May 4, 2008. She was born in Overton Co. Tn to the William Thomas & Vernia Smith Livingston on August 29, 1930. She is survived by her Husband: Roscoe Looper of the Rickman Community in Overton Co. TN 2 Daughters: Shelia McCulloch of Brentwood, TN Patricia Key and Husband Terry of Cookeville, TN 3 Grandchildren: laura Bass, Dustin Key, Erica Key. 2 Great Grandchildren: Elizabeth Bass, Brayden Bass. PRECEDED IN DEATH BY: 1 Great Grandson: Spencer Bass.
