Mr. Billy R. White of 450 Bill White Ln. of Livingston passed away at the Livingston Regional Hospital on Wednesday morning July 30,2008. He was the son of the late Earby and JoKate Shipman White. He was a retired truck driver. He is survived by his wife: Veneshia Commell White, (1) son: Richard Wade White of Monroe, Tn. and (1) daughter: Veneshia Moles of Rickman, Tn. 5 grandchildren and 7 great-grandchildren also survives.
