Deceased: Mr. Billy Joe Gunnels, age 78 of Anderson, Madison Co., Indiana and formally of Livingston, Overton Co., Tennessee passed from this life on Tuesday, August 13, 2024 at his residence in Anderson, Indiana.

PERSONAL: Mr. Billy Joe Gunnels was born in Livingston, Overton Co., TN on Tuesday, March 12, 1946 to the late Howard C. and Vesta (Vann) Gunnels. Billy was a family man who loved his family very much and spending time with them. He enjoyed meeting people and talking to them. He will be greatly missed by his family and all who knew him.

SURVIVORS:  2 Sons: Teddy Gunnels, Greg Connor; 5 Grandchildren: Tionna Gunnels, Tanner Gunnels, Chase Clark, Chance Clark, Jarrid Clark; 4 Great Grandchildren: Vaylor Roberts, Carolina Clark, Callie Clark, Chloe Clark; A host of other family members and friends also survive.

Pallbearers: Tionna Gunnels, Tanner Gunnels, Teddy Gunnels, Chance Clark, Greg Connor, Taylor Whited.

Services / Burial:  Funeral services for Mr. Billy Joe Gunnels will be held on Saturday, August 17, 2024 at 2 PM from the Hall Funeral Home with burial to follow in the Overton County Memorial Gardens. The family will welcome friends at the funeral home on Saturday, August 17th starting at 12 Noon until the service time at 2 PM.
