Mr. Billy C. Johnson, age 58 of the Highland Mountain community in Livingston, TN, passed away at Livingston Regional Hospital on Friday evening, August 14, 2009. Mr. Billy C. Johnson was born in Livingston, TN on November 3, 1950 to the late Truman and Ora Phillips Johnson. Mr. Johnson id survived by: 2 Step-sons: Larry Scott of Cookeville, TN and Roger Bilbrey of Livingston, TN; 1 Step-daughter: Brenda Bilbrey of Livingston, TN; 2 Aunts: M.C. Pennington of Hilham and Julie Dailey of Livingston; 8 Grandchildren, 11 Great Grandchildren, and a host of cousins and family and friends also survive. He was preceded in death by: In Addition to his parents; Wife: Netlie Johnson; 2 Sons: Michael Johnson and Ricky Johnson; and 2 Brothers: Valis Johnson and Bavlis Johnson.
