Mr. Billie Grey Howard age 78 of 50 Gailwinds Ln. in Crossville, passed away at the Cumberland Medical Center on Wednesday, July 15, 2009. He was born in Overton County June 2, 1931 to the late Harvey and Vula Matthews Howard.He is survived by; (2) Sisters: Mildred Livingston of Livingston, Tn. and Wilma Jo Moralas of Crossville, Tn. (1) Brother: Grady M. Howard of Martinville, In. and a dear friend: Jane Hennessee of Crossville. and several nieces and nephews, He was preceded in death by his parents; 3 Brothers: Carlis L. Howard, James H. Howard and Richard H. Howard. Bill was a disabled retired Vietnam Airforce Veteran. He was a graduate of Rickman High School with the class of 1953.
