Mrs. Betty L. Paul age 85 of Cookeville, TN Went to be with our Lord, Jesus Christ, on Thursday, September 11, 2025. She was born in Allons, Overton Co., TN on Monday, November 06, 1939 to the late Jake and Laura Neal Carter.

Betty was a woman of faith, deeply devoted to her family, and was a dairy farmer with her husband for forty years.

She leaves behind her son Steve Martin, daughter Laurel Paul Martin, and son-in-law Lance Martin. Betty is preceded in death by in addition to her parents, husband Clyde Paul, brother JB Carter, sister Margaret and husband EB Richardson, sister Modean Carter, and daughter-in-law Rita Martin.

Family will welcome friends at the funeral home on Tuesday evening, September 16, 2025 starting at 5 PM until 8 PM, then with a graveside service on Wednesday, September 17, 2025 at 10 AM at the Overton County Memorial Gardens in Livingston, TN.
