Mr. Andrew Thomas Smith, age 37, of Rickman, Tennessee passed away on Tuesday, August 19, 2025, in Smithville, Tennessee.  Andrew was born Tuesday, August 16, 1988, in Sparta, Tennessee to Andrew Charles Smith and Elizabeth Ann Anderson.

The family will welcome friends on Thursday, August 28, 2025, at 1:00 PM until 2:00 PM at Hall Funeral Home, 2106 Cookeville Hwy, Livingston, Tennessee.  A memorial service will be conducted for Mr. Andrew Thomas Smith Thursday, August 28, 2025, at 2:00 PM at the Chapel of Hall Funeral Home.
