Our History

In 1998 we went a few miles out of Livingston to a small community called Rickman and opened up a Funeral home called Rickman Funeral Home, then in 2000 we had the name Hall added to it, it is now called Rickman-Hall Funeral Home, LLC . It consist of a chapel that has a seating capacity of 150 with a lounge, a small layout parlor, a open Fourier, and a small casket show room with 8 caskets to choose from and we also have a book to look at. We also provide services of family choice, and offer pre-arrangements and monuments.

We would like to take a little time to tell you a little bit about ourselves. Owner, Jerry Doyle Hall was born in Overton Co. TN on October 7, 1964 to Doyle and Jeanette Hall. Jerry Graduated from Livingston Academy High School in 1983. Jerry went to College of Mortuary Science in Jeffersonville, Indiana the year of 1990 and graduated from the in 1991 and worked his apprenticeship out at Alexander Macon Co. Funeral Home in Lafayette, TN and was issued his Funeral Directors and Embalmers License in 1992. On February 14, 1992 Jerry married Gina K. Brown , they have 2 sons Matthew Doyle Hall (12 Yrs) and Dalton Kelly Hall (8 Yrs). Gina was born July 23, 1969 to the late James Kelly Brown and Velma Jean Brown. Jerry and Gina started a small transport and embalming business in Livingston, TN in 1995.
